Can't pair sense with car's uconnect

Hi all,

So I have been trying to pair my sense to my car via bluetooth so I can play music from my watch to the car's bluetooth soundsystem. 

 

When I try to pair on the watch it lists uconnect as a valid bluetooth device, but it just spins for a second and then nothing happens. I can just tap it every few seconds and it looks like it is pairing for a few seconds and then stops. My car is a 2014.

Have you ever paired a tracker directly to the car's BT system? I suspect the car will only accept a phone being paired.

Great question. My car stereo actually has two tabs, one to connect phones and one to connect audio devices. While I haven't paired another fitbit with it, I have paired many things that aren't phones.
