Can´t receive notifications on my fitbit sense

I can´t receive notifications on my fitbit sense, ever since my fitbit updated over a month ago. i have tried all the troubleshooting steps but still can´t seem to receive any notifications..

Anyone had similar problems? if so, is there any solution to this?

My phone is a xiaomi mi 11.

First thing check to make sure do not disturb didn’t switch on with update. Swipe right and if circle with dash illuminated tap off.

Hi, I just got my fitbit sense yesterday and I couldn't receive notifications either. Calls were working fine, but despite trying every single suggestions from Fitbit and other users, nothing worked. Until now... I just changed my phone settings to turn on all message notification options (so lock screen, banner and notification centre -  previously I only had lock screen checked). Sent another text message to myself and it is finally working.

This seems to be an issue with mane Sense users.  This is a basic feature, and it can't work on a Fitbit Sense?  Paid good money for it!!!
