Can't set alarms on my Sense

Tried setting alarm but everytime I click on the clock it goes back to clock window again. What is the problem?

Hi @Emily2065 - when you have set an alarm it should return to the clock window but it may need a watch restart in case something has gone wrong.  see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

 

You can also use the voice assistant to set alarms which may be easier, and has some extra functions, like choosing a specific day and giving it a name which the watch app can't do. However you will need the app to delete alarms which are limited in number.
