Why doesn’t the Fitbit sense sync alarms with the iPhone? If the Sense can sync notifications with the iPhone, why not alarms?

Hello @darimini and welcome to the Community forum. The simple answer to your question as to "how this stuff works" is that it's all in the programming. There is programming that allows a notification from your phone to go to your Fitbit app and the app sends the notification to your phone. Your Sense can only send information to your Fitbit app which goes to your account. There is no programming that sends information to your phone from your Fitbit account.
I think you can use Alexa or Google voice assistant to set an alarm to ring on your phone. Or you can just set the alarm on your phone and be done with it.

Although I appreciate your answer, it is incorrect. Yes, which aspects of the Fitbit app can sync with iOS is a matter of programming.
