Can't set up my Sense 2 with my new phone

I have a sense2 that I was using on a Samsung phone. I have factory reset the watch and deleted the watch from my app. I am now trying to setup up on a different account and on an iPhone and it can't even be discovered to setup.

I'm sorry to read this is happening to you. Let's work together to get your watch ready!

Although you have removed the device from the account or app, it is possible that it is still connected to the Bluetooth of your old Samsung. Please, before setting it up with your new phone, make sure that your Samsung isn't nearby or is turned off!

Please follow the steps described here once you have taken that into account!

Yes I have made sure of that and it is still not working.
