Can't swipe to other screens on Sense

 All of the sudden I can't swipe to other screens on my Fitbit Sense. It is on the clock screen and working with heart rate, steps etc...but I can't get to anything else. 

 

I have restarted the device multiple times and even updated the device as well. 

 

Thanks for any help provided to resolve this issue.

Do you have a clock face from the gallery?

 

Can you change the clock face from the app and see if the face has a glitch?

 

Try doing it while on the charger and then sync the watch.

 

If that does not work, May also try restart while on charger. Hold button til Fitbit logo appears. Release and let it process.
