Can’t turn off reminders to move on the Fitbit app

I am trying to turn off the reminders to move. When I toggle “off” via the app, it’s syncs the sense. Once completed it automatically toggles back “on”. Is there another way to turn this off? Thank you!

Let me help you with turning off the Reminders to Move option. This is odd, it could be that the app isn't able to save this change. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this retry changing this setting, save and sync after this.
