unlock sense but my phone is dead wont work I need a way to unlock the screen so i could pair to my computer

Your phone is dead?  Meaning, charging the phone up won't work? Are you getting a replacement? Do you have an ipad? You can probably sync with that. You can no longer sync via computer anymore (wish you could..)

@rasiashabbir Thanks for the details provided. As our friend mentioned, you can unlock your Sense only from the Fitbit app on a mobile device. In case your phone no longer turns on, I'd suggest contacting our Support team so they can look into your details and see what can be done to bring you back on track.
