Can't use ECG in USA.

I live in the United States in Kentucky.  I would love to try the ECG as problems with heart rhythms run in my family.  But it says I am not in an approved location.  Based on the list-United States is approved.  I checked that I listed US as my location and I turned the automatic location on.  What am I doing wrong?

@Stray_chicken that's weird. Do you have ECG app available in Sense apps in the Fitbit mobile app? Is there an update for it? Also, which sense firmware version are you on?

I'm in Germany and it's also not working for me. I've also found posts from the UK and Netherlands where it's not working, so it might not be anything you're doing but a different problem.

I have version 3.36 (20243545). I called fitbit support and talked to them
around an hour. They had me log on the website and make sure it showed US
under my profile, make sure it shows US under the app in app settings, and
make sure my phone allows location for the Fitbit app at all times. I did
all these things, toggled settings and turned my phone on and off as the
support agent instructed. I still got the same screen that says I am in a
location that was not approved.

Then a few hours later -I tried again and it worked.

I also got a weird reply from fitbit support by email. They said I wasnt
enrolled in the heart study by October 1 2020. But sense the app was
downloaded kn my sense if should work. The ECG capabilities it marketed as
a feature of the watch so I think anybody should be able to use it.

@Stray_chicken it seems like it was a problem at the back-end. I'm glad it works now!
