Can't use ECG in the UK

I live in the UK and bought a Sense last week. The ECG app is on the Sense, but tells me to go to the discover etc pages before I can use it. When I go to those on the page for confirming my age etc, it doesn't give me the option to confirm, but only to close, so I can't use it. How do I unlock this feature? Is it available in the UK?

Hi @Coops2, welcome to the community.

Are you over 22 years of age? As the ECG app can't be used by anyone younger than this.

If you are, can I ask which mobile platform you are using? If on Android I'd recommend clearing the cache for the Fitbit app, iOS you might have to uninstall and reinstall to achieve the same thing. This would be the first thing to try. It also wouldn't hurt to try restarting your Sense by holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the fitbit logo).

Brilliant. That worked a treat. I cleared out the cache, but it was still playing up, so uninstalled and reinstalled it and disconnected and reconnected the Sense, having turned it in and off as you suggested. It is now working fine, plus I've got a perfectly normal ECG, so good news on all fronts, not that I thought there was a problem with my heart. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated
