Can the Sense show my heart rate in Exercise? I'm trying to target train, is it Cardio?
I would like to see my Max based on my age, Current, and Low on one screen.
Something like 225-age
Current
Low

Using the Exercise App, after you select the exercise type but before starting, scroll down to see several settings specific to that exercise type. You have the options to show different stats on the screen and you can choose where to show them. Also you can turn on or off Heart Rate Zone Notifications which give different number of vibrations when you enter or leave different zones.

Thank you for this. I'm new to the watch and will look at the options more. S-

Hello @st3v3m. Welcome to the community forums! @JohnnyRow Great input and it's nice to see you around!
Adding to the post above, Fitbit Sense notifies you when we detect that your heart rate is outside of your high or low thresholds while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes. For more information, I recommend visiting the following help article: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Also, you can visit the Sense manual for more information about how it works and how you can use it.
See you around.
