I see where the sense can stream music from pandora but that requires a device with an internet connection, and if you are doing a run you really don't want to lug around your phone. Does the Sense or Versa provide the ability to store music that I can then stream to my Bluetooth headphones?

Yesterday, I sent my Sense back for a refund, as I was within the 30 day return. I would not risk waiting for a software update when Fitbit hasn't confirmed that they would bring back music upload/storage. I was already unhappy that my Ionic stopped working after 2 years, only to get the Sense and being forced to pay for a Deezer subscription.

Hi,
The FitBit Sensa costs entirely too much money for it not to be able to perform a basic function such storing personal music playlist. If this is updated will this feature be added as a software upgrade without having to purchase a newer watch?

Hello @ksmiley09 and welcome to the Community. Fitbit has no plans to add personal music storage on the Sense/Versa 3 at this time. Feature Suggestion Sorry.

So it's not a feature on the FitBit Versa 3 either??? If so, then I will not order another one. I will return the Sensa and keep what I have until it completely stops working. Such a shame...

Thank you for your honesty, but the current situation is awful. Essentially, I can't use my watch for music unless I subscribe to Pandora or Deezer. I have Spotify, but it needs my phone. If I run with my phone, why do I need music on my watch? Just awful. Really regretting giving Fitbit a try. I definitely would not have purchased this watch had I understood the situation.

I'm considering sending back my new sense. Forcing me to buy a service I don't need (I have spotify but of course no download from that app) or buy a new device to replace the feature is just not OK for me. This is awful, If I knew I would never have registered. Does anyone know any brand that have download space on their watches? At this point I'm ready to jump ship.

I know that you could fix it so it can store music just like the Ionic, I believe you've sold us all down river to sell the Premium music subscriptions and are receiving kickbacks.

Bring it up to par with the Ionic. My Ionic never had any issues and gets recalled only to be replaced by an inferior Sense that costs $10 a month to listen to the music they want us to subscribe to. Not happening, fix it, you took my Ionic now I want the same functionality.

Ear buds are good as long as you're hauling your smartphone around everywhere you go, but for us who just want to listen to our own music we paid for and a $330 watch that is a downgrade from the Ionic, well that said they can keep it.

Hi everyone.
I appreciate the time taken in sharing your thoughts about the Sense. Our team is constantly working to improve our devices and their features, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process. I understand how much you'd like to store your personal music in your watch and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. While this isn't possible, you can support this idea by adding your vote so our developers can keep tracking it over time.
I'm going to close this thread from further comments. However, if you have a different question, I'd encourage you to visit our Help Forums to receive help from the Community. You can also check our Help Site where you'll find more information about our products, features, as well as troubleshooting steps.
