Can you use the Fitbit Sense in the app Zwift to monitor hear rate?

I don't think so, no Fitbit device is able to broadcast HR to other receivers in real-time.

Thank you for your inquiry. As @t.parker said this isn't a feature of the Sense at this time but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
