Why can I not add my bank card to my Fitbit sense

With very little detail given, the short answer is that it's probably not supported.

@Bazhad Thanks for brining this to our attention. As our friend mentioned above, your banks needs to be supported in order to use Fitbit Pay on the Sense. To see the list of supported banks, please click here.

If your bank appears listed, I'd recommend checking this help article which explains how to set up your card in the Wallet app, and make payments with your watch.
