Please see attached. I have tried all settings that I can find and have changed the ones on the dashboard (actually that was already set to 12) and no luck...
Setting
NM what I try - 24 hr format
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Hi @TZiady did you click to save changes on the dashboard ? Might just be a glitch. Try syncing a few times to get it to behave? Restart your phone, too.

Thank you very much for the reply. I have tried all this steps and my watch still displaying 24 hour time. Does the clock face affect this? Perhaps the problem is the clock face.

@Odyssey13 even weirder, last evening I touched the clock and it changed briefly to the correct format; but before realizing I touched it again and it went back. Now I cannot replicate the behavior. Will keep testing and update....
And FYI I tried different CLOCKS and it is still showing 24 format... it is 06.10 now.

@TZiady you sure have the mystery of the week. Which Fitbit do you have? Sometimes a restart of the device helps, have you tried doing that? It's similar to rebooting a phone or computer. I've contacted a moderator to stop by to see if they have any suggestions.
