Cannot log in to account to pair Sense

Hi all!

I recently bought a Sense, charged it, installed the Fitbit App as requested by the smartwatch, went to Fitbit.com and set up an account using Google, but the option to Log in with Fotbit account is still greyed out and unavailable. So apparently I cannot pair the watch to my phone.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi!

I've already contacted Fitbit Support in the meantime - turns out my Andoroid version (7.1) isn't supported and instead of the official Fitbit App I ended up with a (very) similarly-named third-party application. No surprise it didnt work.

Have you tried just typing in your credentials as opposed to using Google to log you in?
