I just got a new Sense last week, and have been trying to setup Alexa on it, but keep getting an error that the Amazon shopping app keeps closing, and it will not allow me to continue with the setup. I tried clearing the cache for both Fitbit and Amazon with no luck. I also tried to setup Alexa using my tablet, but got an error message that ere's a bug in the Amazon shopping app that is preventing it from connecting to Fitbit.

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Watch. Then, please try again to set up Alexa by following the instructions in this article.

I believe I can help with this issue. First uninstall the amazon shopping app from your mobile device. Then go back to the fitbit amazon app. Let the app set up your amazon account through your phone browser. After everything is complete try using alexa on your watch. If that works you can then reinstall the amazon shopping app on your phone.
