Cant get my sense to charge

Ive had my Sense since October of 2021 and have had charging issues here and there but usually I just cleaned the connections and everything was fine. In the past month and a half I've had far more trouble, I've bought other chargers just incase that was the issue (I tried another Fitbit one and then one off amazon) to see if it would make a difference and it would work for about 2-3 charges and then stop charging. I would attach the charger to the Sense and it would light up to indicate it was charging but if I went to look to see if the battery had the signal indicating it charging there was nothing there. I've tried new chargers different outlets and cleaning it but I'm really not sure what to do now

Got mine in November. Won’t charge. Cleaned it. I am not buying another charger. Only a few months old!

I phoned Fitbit and they are supposed to be sending me a new sense charger. Got my Fitbit at Costco in Nov ‘21. I asked the Fitbit employee if the charger was the same kind that ships with the watch and her rely was yes. When I told her of all the complaints in the community reviews she said “honestly” she was not getting complaints.!? We are all sense Fitbit watch victims of a faulty charger that won’t be acknowledged by the Fitbit company. Since all models have different charging cables, maybe buying a different model might be a better choice in future.

I was just logging into the site to report the exact same problem. Same girl one abs everything. Now after several days of being off and unable to charge,  my screen has the Fitbit logo on it and y phone says it’s synced and the battery is 100% but the screen won’t change and it’s not recording anything

I think that our issues are different. Sounds like you need a new fit bit. I have a Dense. My issue is the bin on the charger. Unforrtunately it’s chronic and probably a bad supplier of defective charges for the Sense watch.
Luckily I have a Citizen Brand gorgeous watch to use until my new charge comes. I probably will be ordering more of these charges until my warranty runs out and then will just give up my Fitbit. Too bad. I loved what it did, but will not buy another Fitbit Sense until I get a promise that they will source their charges from another maufacturer.
Good luck getting a new and different model of Fitbit.

Are you able to restart it by long pressing the side button for about 8 or more seconds?

 

If you still get stuck on the same screen, try factory resetting it with this method.

  • Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  • When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

Sense watch is dead. No battery life. If the new charger, if and when it arrives, will change the watch, I will try your tips. Thanks
