If you hold the button down you get a clocks screen and you can scroll through the clock faces you saved (up to 5 fo them) but if you click on ANY of them the fitbit goes right back to your existing clock face. You cant switch the at all on the fitbit. Is this a normal function? I know if you try to switch a few times on the iPhone app it will get stuck in "Installing" and you will have to mess around shutting the fitbit off and phone off before you can resync it.

I'm not having that problem switching clock faces on the Sense. I have been switching every night and morning.

Just as an update.. I am running IOS 14.0, I did a factory reset on the watch and I still continued to have this issue. Loading different watch faces from the fitbit itself never worked. Switching three different watch faces from the IOS app would get it stuck on "Installing." At this point I have returned the watch and will go another direction. Good luck with this, and Fitbit OS 5.. I have a feeling people will need it!

Same thing happening to me. Running an Pixel 3 with Android 11. Can't switch the clock face from the sense itself or within the app. Tried turning off the sense and turning it back on but same issue.

My Fitbit Sense is doing that as well. Every watch face says "switching". Ugh.

Same issue. Wouldn't be so bad, except that you are forced to switch to one specific watch face at night of you want SPO2 tracking...

I am having an issue switching watch faces! It keeps saying installing. I was able to track Oxgen for like 2 nights and then boom stopped working.

I'm so glad it's not just me.
I've been reporting it to support for three months and they keep responding slowly and telling me to basically "restart".
It's so frustrating.

Hey guys, I solved this issue. Fitbit support hasn't listened to me, but I'm trying to get it to them
1) If you make "watch faces" one of your 4 shortcut apps, it won't work
2) If you scroll to the right and find the app on the master app list, it'll work
This is why only some of us are seeing the bug.
Fitbit, please fix this. This has been 100% reproducible for me so far.
