How do I change HR setting on my Sense to Auto? The green lights are always flashing

Hi, @Bloddy  - as @DramaQueenDiva  says that's normal .

 

On a Sense it's always active as so many things depend on it.

 

The only way to turn it off is in Settings at the bottom, Shutdown the watch.

Hi @Bloddy,

 

That's how your lights are supposed to be acting.  That's the PurePulse technology that the heart rate monitor uses.  The only way that you can turn them off is by turning off the heart rate monitor as mentioned here .
