Changing from Blaze to Sense

Hi there.

I just got the new Sense after using Blaze for a few years. When changing from Blaze to Sense, will I loose all the existing data in the app, or will Sense contiune to "build" on the data already in the app. I Just want to make sure i don't loose my data when I change to Sense in the app.

All your data is held on the Fitbit servers rather than on the fitbit or app so it will be safe.

If you go into your account settings in the app by selecting your profile image at the top left and then select "set up a device" it will step you through the process. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained. It's important that you add the Sense to your existing account rather than settings up a new account.
