Charger pin is sunken, Fitbit sense device not charging

My Fitbit is not charging. One charger pin is sunken and is not making contact with the device. How can I get it repaired?

Hi @Vidhyaa - this is a common problem with the charge cable, it needs replacing under warranty if you are still in the window or buy one online.
