I was given a Sense watch as a gift a little over a year ago and have gone through 5 charger cables since and today the 5th one failed. After every few months one of the pins sticks in and won't make contact to charge the watch rendering it useless.  A $300 watch with the stupidest design for a charger that can be imagined. I'm done and will never own a Fitbit again. All I need is a good old Timex.

Check the 4 pins make sure they are coming out and after you get them out clean with qtip and rubbing alcohol and before unplug the charger

I’m onto my 5th charger cable too, Once one of the pins sinks I have to buy another cable!, Seriously considering switching to Apple Watch.

Same here.  I'm pass my fifth one.  I'm wondering is there a way to pull the pin back out.

My pins get stuck on the same side the bottom right.
