I am on my fourth charging cable after approx 18 months.. They last approximately six months. Upper left pin recedes, fails to make contact and therefore doesn't charge. One was replaced under warranty. The third was refused so I ordered "after market" replacement which also broke in same way. Lost cause.

Hi @pzalmezak - it could be your watch was not made to the correct tolerances or isn't cleaned before each charging that causes the pin to fail.
Also the instructions are misleading, never plug in the cable without a watch attached already and always unplug before removing the watch from the cable.
The design is poor because it's magnets can attract objects when still plugged in and cause a short circuit, amongst other issues with exposed live terminals.

I am also on my 4th charger, each only lasting a few months. The last 2 chargers I was extremely careful, read all the feedback on the forums and tech support. I gently attach the charger to the watch and then plug in the usb to the power, to remove, I unplug the usb then disconnect the charger from the watch, unfortunately same issue occurred with the pin sinking and watch no longer charging. I love my fitbit sense, its fantastic but not viable due to this design fault.
