Hi @kc90 Unfortunately it is often hard to tell which is faulty, but check the spring loaded pins on the charger. Sometimes one of them sticks so doesn't make good contact with the watches charging contacts.

Best AnswerTry cleaning it with (back of watch and charger to watch contact) with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. That should help, but you might also need a new cable. See if the four contact points sticking out of the charger contact surface are the same length. Mine had one that was shorter than the rest, and I would often get a message "slow charging, try another outlet". Fitbit sent me a new cable and problem was totally solved.
