When I sync my sense - it doesn't change like it should. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting the sense. I logged in online and it looks like the one I chose ("moment"), but the FitBit is still showing the "argyle".

Swipe left on the watch and select "Clocks" - see if you can select the one you want, if it is there.
If it isn't there then it hasn't loaded to the watch.
Make sure your watch is charged and you have a good connection with the phone and Internet and try installing again.
