Clock faces won't save even with an open spot and even after tapping save clock.

Why doesn't the 5th saved watchface appear in the 5th spot where the plus sign is?

Hi @westsidekilla1 and @SunsetRunner. It's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the screenshot provided. It's odd the Fitbit app isn't allowing you to save a clock face. Just to confirm, do you receive an error message? Is your Sense syncing correctly? Also, is your watch updated to the latest version?
If you've not done so, let me recommend the following steps:

No, no error message. It says it's saved but doesn't save. I've tried with different watch faces. It won't save them. I use a Pixel 4 XL. Watch syncs fine. The auto time zone switching doesn't work either even with a sync. My Samsung Active Watch 2 switched time zones with my phone but the Sense doesn't. The automatic time zone switch even turns itself back off by itself. That's just two bugs I've noticed. Also, I've already tried your steps above. I think it's just a software bug you'll need to fix along with the time zone switching. Thanks.

Hi @westsidekilla1. welcome back.
Thanks for getting back with the requested information. While checking the compatible devices list, it seems the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to fully work on your Pixel 4 XL. While this or other functions might not always work, since you have an Android phone please give one last try to the following:
If that works, please try turning on the Automatic Time Zone one more time and let me know how it goes.

I don't get an error message. My sense doesn't sync well. Sometimes it doesn't sync for hours or until I open the app. I've done all the steps above but it's not made any improvement. I think this device has a lot of bugs. I have a Samsung S20 5G.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome back to the forums.
Thanks for getting back with more details. Because you mentioned your watch isn't syncing well, that might be the reason why the clock faces aren't updating in the Clocks app. May I know if you have more than one Bluetooth device nearby when syncing your Sense? Has the Fitbit app been allowed to run in the background? Please note there are some factors that may prevent your watch from connecting correctly with the Fitbit app, such as the ones described here. Because you have an Android phone, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and try syncing one more time. Once your watch has synced, try removing the clock faces and saved them again.

@LizzyFitbit My Fitbit is syncing fine and I can load clock faces but I'm still unable to save the 5th watch face. Even if I click save it won't. So I just have an empty box. Pixel 4 XL phone

Hi @westsidekilla1. It's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for confirming that your Sense is syncing well. Because the clock face is still not saving correctly, I've forwarded your post so our team can look into this and investigate what may be occurring. In the meantime, make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated as you've done so far. Once I have more details, I'll update this thread.
