The time in my Sense does not update when going to another time zone even if my mobile does. All other syncing is on.

Hi @jussivyyry - try clicking on the profile photo, app settings, in the Fitbit App, disable the automatic time zone and location and select time zone manually and sync the watch.
You can put them as they were before afterwards. Sometimes the App loses the state of those settings.

That's still doesn't work for me. Done it dozens of times, time still doesn't update.

Hi @Sander_Koop - Have you also tried to restart the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window, in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.
Login again, wait for any pair and link prompts and sync.
This should set the time right if you set the time zone manually, if not restart the watch and sync again a few times.

Yeah, done everything short of a factory reset of the watch... Which will be happening shortly.

@Sander_Koop - a factory reset to set the time should not be necessary, could it be a clock face issue, what is wrong with the the time, and is the phone correct?

@Sander_Koop - thanks, to recap, in the Fitbit App, you clicked profile photo and App settings, and set automatic time zone and location as disabled.
You have tried with a different time zone to your current and previous zones, and synced. Till it adjusts then set the correct one and synced?

Thanks @Sander_Koop - try and avoid a factory reset, as it really shouldn't be necessary and can add other problems, see if support can suggest something else.
Did you try syncing and then from the watch Settings menu do a Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart and charge it and sync while charging.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Bizarrely, it updated by itself about 24 hours after I got back. None of the tricks we discussed worked, it just updated while I was wandering around the supermarket... 😂
Glitch in The Matrix, I guess.

Thanks for the feedback@Sander_Koop - persistence wins the day!
At least you didn't have to go through a factory reset either.

Indeed. Bloody annoying, but at least it's back to normal. 🤔
