Hello!
What time do I need to check my “core temperature” and log in the app?

skin temperature is measured during the night, but “core temperature” that we need to check with thermometer does not says what time we need to add in the app.

thanks!

@JulianaDandara   I think it depends on why you want to track it.  Some reasons to track core temperature are:

  • Basal Body Temperature in women for fertility tracking
  • You feel ill
  • You took medicine for a fever and want to see if it is working
  • Checking for hypothermia after significant cold exposure

I don't have a reason to do this daily.  It's your choice.  But if I were to do it daily, like weighing myself, I would do it about the same time every day.
