DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT FITBIT SENSE

I recently purchased Fit bit sense from amazon.in my order details are as follows  Order Number: 403-3375373-3253958  Order Date: 31.03.2022. I want to tell you that since 3 days i am using this device and i am frustrated with this device as it is again and again getting disconnected from the phone. Again i have to disconnect and connect again and follow long process for pairing it. And i am not receiving any notifications from what s app or any other apps despite giving all the permissions. I am very disappointed with this product as it is of no use to me. i can neither take calls nor see notifications. Kindly refund me my money and take this product back as amazon is refusing to accept return and it is only providing replacement. Kindly reply me back at the earliest.

Additionally, this is a community site of Fitbit individuals who are looking for tips, techniques. Ideas with using their sense. I’d keep working with Amazon. If your only recourse is a replacement, I’d go with it. I don’t think Fitbit customer support can help. However the link is :
