If I put my phone in Do Not Disturb, it appears I also need to put my Fitbit into Do Not Disturb if I don't want notifications on either device. Is it possible to have my Fitbit "follow/respect" my phone setting?

Hi @WHY-Dave - any notification that appears on the phone's status bar can be picked up by the Fitbit App and sent to the watch, unless the watch is in Sleep or Do not disturb mode, so it is working as intended.
You could fiddle with the Notification settings within the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, notifications and turn off the main ones but that is probably not what you are looking for.
Or simply turn off Bluetooth also at the same time as phone Do not disturb and then there will be nothing coming or going from the watch.
