I've been frustrated with SPO2 for some time. I'll sync and can see the SPO2 on my Sense, but it doesn't show on the app. Now I've noticed that Sleep and Metrics show No Data after synching. However, if I tap on Sleep, it actually has my sleep data for the current day. Looking at my Health metrics it showed that I had no data for 2 or 3 metrics and if I tapped on those "no data" notices they also had data for the current day. Why is the dashboard reporting "no data" for the sleep and metrics when they are clearly just a tap away?

Hi @BDangBill - if you tap on the tiles in the today app on your watch and see values but don't see the same in the Fitbit App on the phone, it may not be syncing (or not displaying) properly.
You can see which by using the web dashboard. If it shows all data their the it is an issue with the phone Fitbit app.
If the problem is with the phone Fitbit App try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Then login and sync again.
As you have a Sense your post is moved to the correct forum.

The question wasn't about the sync, but that the Android app sometimes reports "no data" for sleep or metrics on the dashboard, but if I tap on sleep or metrics I can see the data there. Rebooting the app may help that so I'll give it a try. Unfortunately it's not something I can reproduce easily, it just happens every now and then.
