Time on my Sence is not updating to the time on my phone. How do I get it to sync. I have manually synced, I have restated it I am at a loss.

Do you have your time zone set up manually or automatically? I woke up with my time adjusted and I'm on automatically.
If it's already set, try deleting your sense and then adding it again. Keep in mind, it'll reset the weather to Celsius if you use Fahrenheit.

How do you get it back to Fahrenheit?

Open the Fitbit app, go to your account (top right profile pic), Sense, gallery, Weather app, settings.
