Dead Sense

My Fitbit Sense became increasingly hot when charging to the point that it was too hot to touch. After this charge the Sense worked but for only 10-15minutes then the screen froze on the main screen and movement inside locked up. The Sense continued to log exercise data and sync with my mobile. The screen does not work at all now and if I try and charge, it just becomes too hot to touch

Hi @Skitz77  - as it's clearly dead, if it's still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, take it back to the place you bought it for replacement with a new one.
