Device won't show any indication of charging despite plugging in

I hadn't used my Sense for 2 weeks as I was away. I returned and plugged it in for 30 minutes but the screen just doesn't show any indication. I don't think it's being charged. Can anyone please help out?

Hi @AditiP - it may need a clean of the contact hols on the back of the watch or charge cable, or the cable may be faulty.

Hi, @AditiP, welcome to the community, Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  provides advice & guidance on charging. As @Guy_ mentions you should check the 4 little pins on the charger cable are present & correct, they should be slightly proud of the pad face and free moving (They are spring-loaded) Fitbit Wear & Care includes advice on cleaning the back of your device.
