Device would not start exercise program so I restarted watch. Device just vibrates and flashes fitbit symbol for hours. Can't turn off or on.

Hi @Mmarty - if you recently did a firmware update others are posting similar issues in the forums.

Try chat  via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
