Devide firmware updates and now I don't get texts

Looks like I had  firmware update on my sense. Now I don't get any notifications. Checked all the instructions, turned off, rebooted, turned on, the downloaded, re-synced, reset. I have all the notifications for texts, email and calendar on, allowed all to run in the background. Calls will come thru, but no notifications. Any ideas? Samsung S20.

SAME thing happened to me. Calls come thru but that's it. I've been thru EVERY troubleshooting idea support can come up with and it's still not working. I also have a Samsung Galaxy
