I bought my Sense 3 weeks ago and is constantly having a sync issue. Problem is after I completed a basic setup (skipping every optional except SPO2) the app and the device performed well only for a few days. Then a prompt appeared asking me to complete the setting up if ESG. There is no such app in the Gallery. No matter whether I ignored the prompt or proceed to attemp ESG set up, the sync function locked up.
The reason for me to go for a basic set up in the first place is that If I install Sense control, once I paired with Sense control, the app will refuse to sync with the device.
Any fix for the issues? I have tried everything in the fourim including factory reset, clearing the cache and reintall the app, turnioff all other bluetooth etc.
