Difficulties with HRV baseline and EDA results-Sense

Hello, I have a question about HRV on my Fitbit sense. The score on the dashboard is 37 milliseconds(38 the day before and its my 3rd time Im getting HRV reading on the dashboard), after waking up I did an EDA scan and it says that the baseline is 42 milliseconds.Isn’t suppose to be the same? (37 milliseconds)
