Looking at the time wile sitting, I often find my HR shows a high 90 or 102.
putting my drug store pulse Oximiter I’m in a 59 to 73 range. and learned not to trust it while walking.
I’ve been thru all the info Fitbit has for wearing as I never get the full sleep report and almost always the ecg is “inconclusive”
should I just ignore the HR? Bad data is worse than no data
The HR seemed ok the first 6-8 months it’s the last 2 that seem to be way off.
just before latest firmware so I can’t say it was that.
I’m have to check the warranty
