Hello! I recently received my Sense and noticed at night, when the screen should be off, there is a dim light coming from the screen. It looks like an old tv when you have no signal, just snowy white fuzz

Anyone notice this before or did I get a bad Sense?

Thank you for the information! This is not an expected behavior and I would recommend performing a restart to your Sense, by following the steps below: 

 

  • Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
