Anyone else experience this? Received my Fitbit Sense in February 2022. This morning, this is what I see.
Reboot doesnt fix. Changing the face doesnt fix. I am in discussion with support about a warranty replacement but let's see what happens there. I think I may be done with this brand if they dont have a satisfactory response for me. My Fitbit Versa also had several issues including overheating, draining the battery in just a few hours, and a similar display death.

Hi @sethington - this sort of fault can be linked to water getting inside. If it gets hot while charging stop immediately. Even a factory reset might not fix it.
Note that later models do not have all the features found on this watch besides being more expensive if you don't get a replacement under warranty.
The discount offer you may get is to get you to buy a more expensive watch.

----------
If this is what happened, that's another pointer that quality control is poor. I have not used this for swimming, showers, etc. Even though the product is advertised as being water proof for several depth of feet this still happened.
Disappointing.
