Display only shows logo - no menu anymore

Suddenly my Fitbit sense only shows a black display with the logo. It switches on and off again and again, but I can’t do anything with the watch.

Mine is doing the same thing. Restarting it doesn't help.

This does the same to mine. Support kept saying to factory reset and nothing worked. So frustrating that mine is “outside of warranty” when it’s clearly a known issue for users.
