My dad has a sense that we got from the US. It connected just fine with his Mi phone in the US. Once he reached India, the phone is unable to connect to fitbit. Curious anyone faced the same problem. Do we have to get a new phone? What other phone brands and models in India work the best with fitbit?

My dad has a sense. We are hoping to do remote monitoring with it. I was wondering if anyone can list the essential features that they found missing in India (besides ECG). Someone on the forum was frustrated and got a galaxy. Is the fitbit interface different? Does it make sense to have a premium membership in India?
