Don't get calls directly to my Flyers Headphones when I tap the call icon on the display

Before when I had my Ionic smartwatch, I could receive calls in my Flyers headphones, no problems at all, by taping the green phone icon on the display, but that doesn't exist in Sense, when I tap answer the call goes directly to Sense instead and I don't wont to have a longer conversion in the Sense microphone. I can't find any options in the settings when I use bluetooth headphones like Flyers in my case. I did find a function directly on the Sens display when I get a call, where I can choose between answering on the phone itself or in Sense via the microphone, but that's not easy to do when you are out exercising or the weather is bad. I want the same option as in Ionic, when you get a call and tap the green icon on the display, the call is moved directly to the headphones with no fuss.

Do you have Sense Controls enabled? If so, you will be telling the tracker to answer the phone call on your wrist, not the phone.

It would be nice of the tracker could answer the phone through a connected Bluetooth Headphone.

Besides the problem with my Flyers I also recently got another problem with Fitbit app itself (among other things, the battery life on my smartwatch didn't sync with the Fitbit app) so I logged out from my Fitbit app and uninstalled the app, restarted my phone and then installed the app again and logged in, it actually solved both issues I had. This time I didn't connect to Sense Control in my phone 😀 and now I can actually receive calls in my Flyers headphones as I could do when I hade my Ionic smartwatch, me happy, thanks for the tip 👍 I actually removed Sense Control completely from my phones bluetooth, but that didn't help, not from I logged out from Fitbit, uninstalled and installed the app again.

Is your Flyer connected to your phone, or Sense? Or is it connected to both?

I'm assuming that you are answering the call from the Sense.

My Flyers is connected to both, and yes, I'm answering from Sense, taping the green phone icon as I did with my Fitbit Ionic, everything is now as it should be with other words, me happy 😃
