Downloaded a clockface and it keeps hiding my new clock face with just bold white numbers

The other day i downloaded a clockface i wanted and every  time im not doing anything on my watch it times out and shows bold white text i've followed the instructions of turning Always on display on and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Get rid of the clock face. 
Which face is it?
If you were not having issues before, it’s the face. 
You could contact Developer too.

Well its whenever i change the clockface from default to something else , it hides the clockface after a minute to bold numbers for the time but when i pres button it shows the clockface again

Hi @Midnightszzzz - try swiping the watch face to the right and disable Always On.
