I’ve been having black/dead screen problems w/my Sense. I deleted my Sense from my FitBit app (on my phone) and am trying to re-set it up but, both devices (my iPhone & my Sense) are asking me to enter a 4-digit code. I think the Sense should be displaying the code that I need to enter on my phone in order to complete the setup but I’m stuck as both are asking for the same info.
At least the Sense screen is ‘back’ up and working. Sort of.

Hi, @Chica-Dee-Dee welcome to the community. You will need to factory reset your "Sense" before you can reconnect. From your clock screen on your "Sense",>settings>about Sense>factory reset. If you can sync first so as to avoid losing any data. You may find this video helpful.

Hi. Thank you for your suggestions! Unfortunately, my problem is that in attempting to (re)setup my Sense, it is displaying the same screen as my iPhone, asking for input of a 4-digit code. I believe my Sense should display the 4-digit code that I would need to enter in to my phone, in order to continue with the setup of my Sense. Instead, both my phone and my Sense are asking for entry of a 4-digit code. I hope this makes Sense!😂🤣 Thanks again!
