Ecg app does not show up on phone for me to access it

Please note that the Fitbit ECG app is only available in select countries at this time. Additional countries will be added as regulatory clearance is obtained. See fitbit.com/ecg for additional details.

I'm having this problem, too! I can't seem to find the app in gallery and your support leads in circles. It's like reading palo alto documentation. Can you please be a bit more specific?

I just updated to the Charge 5 because of the EKG capability but I can't get it to work. The Charge 5 says "setup on phone" but it doesn't do anything. I have my phone nearby and open to the Fitbit app but the Charge 5 still keeps saying to setup on phone. I live in the USA so that is connected.
