As stated in the title, the app is keen to get me started with the ECG applet, however it isn't available.

Hi @LoganGeorge. Welcome on board.
Thanks for the information and screenshot provided. Just to confirm, have you tried using the Set Up Now button or looking for the app in the Fitbit App Gallery? May I know your country of residence? Also, is the Fitbit app updated?
In the meantime, please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in and try installing the ECG app on your Sense one more time.
I look forward to your response.

Hi Lizzy,
When selecting the Set Up Now button, it takes me to the Assessments and Reports tab, which shows only 2 options "Wellness Reports, Fitbit COVID-19 Study". I have just updated it and the Fitbit app is now version 3.36. It has removed the message for setting up the ECG app. I am situated in Australia, however i am currently utilising american Voice data to access Google Assistant, as this is currently the only way to do so. The ECG applet is not showing in the App Store.

I had the exact same "Set up now" message on Sunday, also in Australia and currently utilising American Voice data to access Google Assistant.
Restarted Sense and my phone and have not seen the message since.

Hi @LoganGeorge and @gregvp. It's good to see you here again.
Thanks for getting back with the requested information. Just to confirm, by utilizing American Voice data do you refer to the language set for Google Assistant? Or is the location set on Google Assistant different from your current location? Let me explain that that ECG app isn't yet available for Australia. You might have received this prompt by mistake if some of your settings are set in the incorrect location. Please make sure the location is correct on the Fitbit app and on your phone, that way you'll be able to use any other feature once they're available in your country.
See you around.
