ECG causes Sense to crash

The ECG app will run and then the Sense either crashes before providing me with results or crashes after I hit Done. 

ECG app Version 2.4.0

Sense Firmware Version 44.128.4.17

Update 2: My replacement Sense does not crash with ECG. Additionally it did not have all the issues with setup and 24-hour battery life that the original had.

@Meech123 try rebooting sense and if that doesnt help try reinstalling ECG app.

I tried both and it still doesn't work.

@Meech123 at this point you might want to try factory reset. This will wipe data from your sense so please sync with the app first. You can perform factory reset from the Settings app > About on your Sense. You will have to set up the watch again in the fitbit app as a replacement device. Make sure not to delete Sense from your fitbit account in the app.

Update: Since I made my purchase on the Fitbit.com website I reached out to chat support and they are sending me a replacement tracker.
